Avoid using a hair dryer and let your hair dry naturally. Hot and dry skin is not good for your scalp and face. It sucks out the moisture and inflames the skin. It may lead to aging effects.

Getting low on fats?

The fats in the food help your skin to be plump and supple. So never get too low on fats. You need to keep it in mind that fats are necessary and you should not abandon them.

Not a sunscreen fan?

Not using sunscreen can make drastic damages to your skin. Sun exposure can lead to wrinkles and sunspots and sunscreen can dodge these. It also reduces the risk of skin cancer.

Have a sweet tooth?

Sugar not only adds to your weight it also adds to your aging. Consuming a lot of sugar may result in dull skin and dark circles under eyes. It may also increase fine lines and wrinkles.
